Gregory R. Clucas, Jr.
Mr. Clucas focuses on strategic positioning for the Mane Group. His responsibilities vary from resource allocation, process implementation, risk management, and investor relations. He interfaces with equity providers and meets directly with private and institutional investors in connection with acquisitions, financing of projects and decisions involving investment opportunities. Mr. Clucas heads the revenue generation for the firm. He is involved in the placement of financing for various projects and all permanent and construction loan financing for Mane Group’s many projects. He also provides asset management and financial analysis to Mane Group’s clients. Beyond financing, Greg is heavily involved in process implementation, risk management, and customer and client relations.
Geoffrey S. Hanson
Mr. Hanson primary responsibilities focus on strategic positioning for the firm, ownership structures and investment opportunities. He is responsible for identifying properties suited for development, due diligence, needs analysis, market and feasibility studies. Geoff heads public relations for Mane Group and works closely with the municipalities, contractors, vendors, and professional service providers. He works daily with the development team by providing scheduling, implementation and cost management. Mr. Hanson manages the accounting policy and procedures for the company and its commercial real estate developments involving Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration.
Brannon C. Lancaster
Mr. Lancaster is currently responsible for all aspects of construction management for Mane Group. He is the estimator and project manager, thus enabling him to understand good design, project schedules, project budgets, construction techniques and overall project implementation. Mr. Lancaster is responsible for financial reporting, building operations, and construction. His administrative duties include negotiating and managing all designer and contractor agreements, managing maintenance and vendor contracts, updating schedules, presiding over construction meetings, reviewing invoices, insurance certificates and change orders.
