Steven Michael
Steve is currently a consultant working with Mane Group on acquisitions and development. His prior experience includes work in the Manufactured Housing Industry and Finance Industry. Steve was the Vice President- COO of Oakwood Homes where he was responsible for marketing for 300 retail sales centers in 38 states. During Steve’s tenure with Oakwood Homes, the company’s valuation went from $25 million to over $1.25 billion. Prior to Oakwood Homes, Steve worked for Chemical/Chase Bank where he developed financing programs for retailers in 48 states and managed over $1 billion of assets. Steve has managed over 100 acquisitions valued at well over $2 billion.
Myron Wick III
Mike has served as COO, CEO and Chairman of a variety of enterprises spanning bio tech, education, television broadcasting and investment banking. In 1988, Mike co-founded the investment banking firm McGettigan, Wick & Co. Inc., providing financial services to small private and public companies. Wick and McGettigan later formed Proactive Partners, L.P., a merchant banking fund, investing in and providing advisory services to “micro cap” public companies. In 1989, Mike co-founded StoryFirst Communications, serving as Chairman of the Board from 1993 through 2003. StoryFirst is currently the largest privately owned television and radio broadcast company in Russia. Wick recently founded Horizon Fuel Cell Technology, a company that is developing fuel cells in China.
Danny Stein
A serial entrepreneur, Danny Stein is president of JDS Capital Management, Inc., an investment firm based in New York that invests in private, public and distressed debt and equity. He is CEO of Dimensional Associates, the operating company that manages the private equity investments made by JDS. Dimensional owns a variety of digital media assets, including eMusic, The Orchard and Qwikker Technology, LLC. Stein is also currently Chairman and CEO of eMusic, a role he resumed in 2008 after having held it from 2003 to 2005 when Dimensional Associates acquired eMusic from Vivendi Universal’s VUNet USA. Stein graduated from Cornell University in 1992. Stein works with The Mane Group in the structuring of all debt and equity instruments.
